13th April 2014| Doha Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa has been awarded a certificate by Booking.com, for achieving an overall guest review rating of 8.9 for the year 2013. The certificate foregrounds the hotel's accomplishment of yet another milestone in regards to overall guest satisfaction, upgrading its standard in the hospitality industry to one of the top leading hotels in its field.  

Booking.com is an informative, user-friendly website used internationally for booking accommodations online.  Users worldwide are welcome to submit their reviews on their place of stay along with a rating for their experience. Review criteria included location, quality and variety of service offerings, as well as hotel staff and their hospitality. Having received the certificate once before in 2012 for an overall rating of 8.8, the hotel has now earned the certificate twice since its opening in 2011.

The hotel was reviewed by families, couples, solo travelers and business guests, a majority of whom commented on their stay at the hotel, and others shared their experiences using one or more amenities at the hotel. The hotel received particularly high scores for its cleanliness (9.2), comfort (9) and staff (9.1). Besides its certificate with Booking.com, Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa has already previously earned a Certificate of Excellence with Trip Advisor in 2013 and a Qatar Choice Award for one of its outdoor venues. 

The Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa is part of the Grand Heritage Group, a chain of luxury hotels around the world. It opened its doors in Doha in late 2011 and has since been an important presence in the hospitality industry in Qatar, both aesthetically and by measure of its services.
