Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Global Indian International School announces the appointment of Anupama Monga as the new supervisor for the Dubai campus. With over 2 decades of experience and knowledge across several indicators for the overall student and school improvement, Ms Monga will oversee grades 1 to 9 at the schools Dubai Campus.

Ms Monga is aligned with GIIS’ vision ‘to become a role model for teaching and learning’ as these two areas are where her core expertise and strengths lie. With her consistent and proven track record of driving students learning curves, as well as the school’s overall performance, the management of GIIS found Anupama Monga to be an ideal candidate for the role.
Ms Monga began her teaching career as a PYP IB teacher and has been a part of leadership roles for close to 16 years now. She pursued her BA, Pol Sc (Hons) from University of Delhi, India, followed by B.Ed, Masters in English Literature, and M.Sc in Management and Leadership in Education from Manchester University, London.
Ms Monga will be in charge of essential responsibilities like evaluating instructional practices and continually improving them; managing the curriculum; continuously analysing academic data to monitor progress, strategizing goal-setting practices to drive growth; monitoring lesson plans and making them more immersive. GIIS is a firm believer of leading by example, and is consistently invested towards hiring the best to bring out the best in the young minds that they nurture.
