Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Global Indian International School in Abu Dhabi announces attractive scholarship programmes across grades, offering concessions to the top performers and deserving students in various fields, to encourage continuity of classroom education. The scholarship programmes are open to students from Grades 3-12 and offering them access to high-quality and holistic education while at the same aims to ease financial constraints on the parents given the current economic situation.
For higher Grades of 7-12, the Global Citizen Scholarship and the Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship are both designed to offer to deserving and distinguished students an unparalleled opportunity for an illustrious learning experience. While the prestigious Global Citizen Scholarship (GCS) is offered to distinguished students from the region, and acts as an enabler or a stepping stone in their future growth, the Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship is offered to students within their own countries of residence. For grades 11 and 12, the Super Star Scholarship (GSS) is offered to distinguished students who wish to pursue their overseas education at GIIS Abu Dhabi Campus. The scholarship funds the cost of education expenses at the GSF campus location and students across ASEAN country can apply. Each of these scholarships have sub categories and criteria that offer attractive fee waivers and scholarship values to the eligible students.
For Grades 5-11, students can choose from Scholarship Programmes like the 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship, the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship and Zayed Gandhi Means Cum Merit Scholarship. The 9GEMS Holistic Development Scholarship is based on the principles of the award-winning holistic teaching methodology harnesses students’ inherent strengths to make them well-rounded global citizens with a chance to compete at the national level in any of the 9 Gems Skills. The Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship recognizes the natural inclination of students towards the understanding of gadgets, applications and other digital tools, making them proficient in the subject at a very young age and encourages them to excel furthermore. The Zayed Gandhi Means Cum Merit Scholarship, extends support through incentivising students and making education more affordable for parents across economic spectrum.
