The Abu Dhabi based investment and advisory firm Gulf Development Company (GDC Partners) attended the annual meeting and diner of AFIC (the Association of Private equity firms in France) that took place at the Pullman Hotel in Paris.

GDC Partners was the only Arab LP investor present at this event that gathered around 100 French and European private equity firms and investors. The firm chaired by H.E. Mubarak Bin Hamoodah is in process with European investors to raise a first fund of 100m Eur dedicated to support European SMEs in their development abroad, mainly in the Middle East.

During the face to face meetings, Houssam Nasrawin CEO of GDC Partners promoted the GCC as a place full of potential, encouraging French private equity firms to invest more in the region.
