Nexus, the financial advisory group, today announced its sponsorship of the French Rugby team ahead of this year's Dubai Rugby Sevens competition.
The prestigious IRB Seven Series tournament has attracted 16 of the best teams from around the world, all hoping to lift the Emirates International Trophy on December 2.
France, known for their free-flowing rugby and combative nature, are bringing a star-studded squad to do battle with other rugby powerhouses from around the world including Fiji, Australia, England, Argentina, Canada, Samoa, Wales and South Africa.

France will be facing some stiff competition if they are to lift the trophy as England will be chasing their third consecutive title in Dubai, while Fiji will be keen to defend their title of last season's IRB Seven Series champions. 2003 Dubai winners South Africa and Commonwealth Games Gold medallists New Zealand will also be staking strong claims to the trophy.
The Dubai Rugby Sevens will run over three days with local, regional and international teams kicking off the event on Thursday, 30th November to be followed by the two-day IRB tournament on Friday, 1st December and Saturday, December 2nd.
