Fastlink has launched the new service "WOW", enabling customers to connect to the Internet through their mobile phones. WOW, inspired by the Arabic linkage preposition is designed to keep customers connected and provide them easy access to the Internet at any time any place.
Fastlink Marketing Director Mr. Bashar Arafa said the Company constantly strives to satisfy its customers by providing them with the latest technology, pointing out that the cellular phone is evolving into a multi-purpose device that combines communications and information technology usages. Fastlink has some 80,000 subscribers in WOW out of a total number of 950,000 customers.
The new service allows customers to seek any type of information they may need on the Internet, including news, sports events, weather forecasts, enables them to send and receive emails, and download ringing tones, animated pictures, wallpaper and games, as well chat with their friends.
A Customer who has a GPRS device can call the toll free number 1234 to subscribe to the service and get the necessary installation directions.
