The Mini-MBA Program is meant for individuals with sufficient business management experience. The program will cover 7 advanced business workshops on Strategy Development and Execution, Value Creation, Financial Indicators, Managerial Accounting, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Strategic Marketing, and Change Management and Leadership. BLC bank clients can benefit from this program for as low as 102$ / month. In addition to the program, BLC bank clients will receive a full learner's kit, 2 Assessments Exercises, and 4 Coaching Sessions for FREE!
