Region's Leader in Private Aviation Responds to Ongoing Need for Quality Charter Service with Versatile Fleet Composition
ExecuJet Middle East is pleased to welcome a Bombardier Challenger 601 to its charter fleet. The aircraft will be based in Dubai and operate mainly to Europe and within the Middle East region. The addition of this aircraft to the fleet increases the number of aircraft that ExecuJet Middle East has available for charter to four, joining a Bombardier Global Express, Bombardier Learjet 60 and a Pilatus PC-12.
"The Challenger series of aircraft is extremely popular with customers in the Middle East and this aircraft will compliment our existing fleet very well," says Amy Heather, charter sales manager ExecuJet Middle East. "ExecuJet Middle East expects strong demand for this Challenger 601, in addition to our existing offering of short, medium, and ultra-long range aircraft."
With a seating capacity of up to 10 passengers, the Challenger 601 has a range of more than 5, 800 km, meaning that it can fly, for example, from Jeddah to Paris, Amman to London or Dubai to Moscow.
And, perhaps more importantly, Challenger 601 passengers are able to make "quick side trips" to nearby destinations without changing planes, or being subjected to the inherent logistical difficulties that multi-stop itineraries entail.
"The Challenger is an extremely flexible aircraft, able to land at demanding airfields and in hot and high conditions. The Challenger 601 easily meets these customer requirements for heightened levels of flexibility without sacrificing luxury or convenience," continues Ms Heather. "Where regional customers once demanded only safety and privacy in aviation, they now request options that ensure flexibility and luxury across all distance ranges of travel, which is what makes the addition of the Challenger to our fleet so exciting. The Middle East has firmly established itself as a global center of private aviation excellence, and ExecuJet is uniquely positioned to serve the needs of the region's increasingly discerning customers," she concluded.

Under this certification, ExecuJet operates and manages a selection of aircraft for charter including a Bombardier Learjet 60 midsize business jet and a Bombardier Global Express ultra-long range business jet.
ExecuJet Middle East and Bombardier Aerospace expect to complete construction of a dedicated aircraft service centre and spare parts depot at Dubai International Airport in 2005. This venture is unique in that Bombardier (as an Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ExecuJet (as a service provider) will be the first to offer full representation and support in the region.
The ExecuJet Aviation Group is headquartered in Zrich, Switzerland, and has operations in four regions: Middle East, Europe, Africa and Australasia. Each region hosts several dedicated business divisions, each focused on specific skills and services within the aviation industry, including Pilatus PC-12 and Bombardier business jet aircraft sales, flight operations, including aircraft management and charter, aircraft maintenance and FBO facilities. ExecuJet currently operates more than 70 aircraft under partial or full management, 36 of which are available for charter, deployed in key Middle Eastern, European, South African and Australian bases under the operating authority of one of ExecuJet's six regional civil aviation issued air operating certificates.
