Excel Networking Solutions, the copper, optical cabling and rack solutions provider, held a successful day of training for its partners in Dubaion May 28th.
The Excel Partner Training course forms a key part of the Excel Warranty Scheme and allows partners who complete and pass the training to offer the 25-year warranty. This intensive 1 day training course qualifies partners to install and submit warranty applications for Excel installations.
In order to best serve as many regional partners, similar training days were also held in Muscat and Doha during the same week. The training days were well attendedand over 185 engineers took part.
Ross McLetchie, Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East said "The cornerstone to our product and services across the region is a firm commitment to further enhance relationships with continued education. This latest round of training days is proof that we strife to enshrine the highest standards to our customers."
Ross continued "The fact we were able to host events across the region in one week highlights our continued investment and growth in the region. This was rewarded by us being a finalist at the Network Middle East Awards, hosted by ITP and Network Middle East magazine in the same week."
A pre-requisite of partner status with Excel Networking is training. Excel Cabling Partners are required toundertake extensive training, the understanding of which is verified through an exam process to demonstrate knowledge of the Excel system and how to design, install and test in accordance with Excel guidelines, best practice and above all, standards compliance.
