Renovations completed at Sharjah, Ajman and UAQ Customer Service centres

Sharjah, 20th  March 2005: Emirates Telecommunications Corporation- Etisalat- has announced that three of it service centres that had closed for renovation are now open to the public from the 19th of March 2005. The extensive renovation work was to make the business centres more appealing and accessible, reflecting Etisalat's focus on customers and their convenience.

The three newly-completed centres are the Abu Shaghara office in Sharjah, the Al Bustan office in  Ajman and the Umm Al Qaiwain office. The contact numbers and working hours of each centre are given below.

The General Manager of Etisalat's West Coast Region, Ali Al Sharid, and Manager Sales & Business Development, Mohammed Abdulla, toured the three business centres to inspect the new customer-friendly features. They expressed satisfaction that customers would find the renovated centres in keeping with Etisalat's high standards for customer service and they welcomed customer enquiries and complaints at the Customer Management section in the main office in Sharjah.
