With more than 500 expected attendees, the bi-annual Maximo Middle East User Group Conference will feature experts speaking on best practices, increased efficiency and efficacy

Dubai - eSolutions Maximo, the IBM Business Partner for IBM Maximo Sofware, Asset and Service Management in the Middle East and North Africa, announced today they have been elevated to an IBM Premier Business Partner for the year 2008.  The eSolutions Maximo Middle East User Group Conference is held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, the UAE Minister of Economy and will run for three days from 14th -16th January, 2008 with the theme 'Innovation that Matters' at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City.  

The IBM Premier Business Partner title, awarded to eSolutions Maximo is part of IBM's PartnerWorld program and comprises of three membership levels - Member, Advanced and Premier. The Premier program is awarded only to top-performing IBM Business Partners and officially recognizes these companies for their overall contributions and value to their customers and IBM.

The three day bi-annual Middle East User Group Conference will bring together Maximo customers and partners as well as international and regional IT and business managers who are looking for a practical solution to enhance their asset management needs.

The Maximo Middle East User Group Conference is being organized by eSolutions who have represented Maximo in the Middle East since 1996 and have trained over 19,000 Middle East Maximo users in the past eleven years.

The theme of the 2008 conference will be "Innovation that Matters" and will deal with how business processes evolve and how innovative technology can help user organizations meet related challenges. The primary aim of this major business and educational conference is to enable attendees to get an insight into how they can gain maximum benefit from their Maximo solution implementation by increasing their awareness of what the system can actually do in practice.

The conference will be divided into three parts, each lasting a day.  The first day will include a group plenary presenting topics of general interest, the second will consist of breakout sessions based on industry sectors (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Government & Transportation, Facilities Management, IT Service Management), and the third will focus on training workshops for best practices. The conference will also include a gala dinner with international entertainers where participants can maximize networking opportunities in a relaxed and less formal environment.
