In response to business needs in the Middle East market, EPSON has introduced the EpsonNet JobTracker software to provide businesses with more control of their print and print running costs.
EpsonNet JobTracker is a web-based software solution that introduces business efficiency by giving companies tools to effectively track and monitor print usage. The software can track and log detailed printing information such as “who printed what and when?” as well as restricting and managing user privileges on all EPSON laser printers, which is especially important for colour laser users.

The EpsonNet JobTracker counting function provides information on who is printing, what has been printed and tracks the print volume of individual devices. This enables IT managers to track the print activity of EPSON lasers and user groups, allowing them to manage the use of devices in the workplace to streamline productivity, saving the company both time and money.
This print information also enables IT managers to control who prints what and when, to help combat the risk of cost increases from inappropriate usage. Authorisation levels can be configured for individual usage, with criteria stating the time of day, the document type or the number of pages an individual is allowed to colour print. Users receive an automatic email notification when they have reached their limit condition.
Easy to install and use, the scalable software is fully network compatible and can be deployed as either a server or client tool on all Microsoft Windows operating systems and servers. EpsonNet JobTracker is available free of charge from the EPSON website.
