Technical Assistance Center offers first and second line of support on Huawei products

Dubai, UAE - June 18, 2014: In partnership with its distributor Enterprise Systems, Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, announced the launch of a 'Technical Assistance Center', which offers a fast and easy online portal to help end-users with ICT queries.

The portal connects partners and end-users with technical support queries to a qualified engineer that can identify and resolve ICT issues quickly and efficiently, improving the standard of ICT services that Enterprise Systems can offer its customers across the region.

"We have faced challenges in the past with limited access to qualified & skilled technicians, which often would result in passing customer ICT queries and issues back to the manufacture incurring delays. Our new Technical Assistance Center allows us to provide a single point of reference to all our customers that may require immediate support services from skilled & qualified engineers," said Pouya Parsafar, Managing Director, Enterprise Systems.

The online system, run through Enterprise Systems' website, was launched with the understanding that end-users need a first & second line of technical support from a team who have the skills and expertise around Huawei's products and solutions and were dedicated to resolving queries as quickly as possible.

Today's E-Systems' announcement follows news that it was recently awarded the status of distributor for Huawei following an impressive commitment to the Huawei business. In this position Enterprise Systems will help to drive the IP, IT and UCC business targeting education, healthcare and hospitality vertical markets.
