Visitors from the MENA region to receive demonstration of world's first interactive whiteboard with integrated sound at BETT 2012
UNITED KINGDOM, (December 19, 2011) - With hundreds of educators from throughout the MENA region registering to attend BETT 2012, the world's largest technology in education event, PolyVision is set to reveal to them the first ever interactive whiteboard with integrated sound but no visible speakers or amplifiers. ēno play integrates sound with the world's most durable ēno interactive whiteboard, to provide classes with rich, even sound, bringing displayed content alive.
Unlike traditional speakers, all students can hear at a comfortable volume no matter where they are seated. ēno play provides all components in a single compact system, ensuring a safe, uncluttered classroom by removing the need for large speakers and wiring.
"Interactive whiteboards have been available for many years, with schools across the world at various stages of adoption. However, today schools are looking for a system that considers the quality of sound as well as display, something that's previously been unavailable. By integrating high quality sound in such a way, teachers are able to connect with every type of learner whether auditory, kinaesthetic or visual. Understanding the needs of both students and teachers, and delivering solutions to these requirements are what we at PolyVision pride ourselves on," said Rob Heitmeier, general manager of PolyVision.
PolyVision representatives will be giving interactive demonstrations of the ēno play interactive whiteboard on stand C100. Other new solutions debuting at BETT 2012 include:
ēno one interactive classroom solution with ultra-short throw projector
For schools seeking streamlined simplicity, PolyVision is also showcasing an ultra-short throw projector for its ēno one product family; the versatile solution combining a universal interactive whiteboard, projector and height-adjustable mount and lesson development software. With a dedicated projector icon strip for at-the-board control and all new 3D-ready capabilities, PolyVision's latest ultra-short throw projector also comes with an industry-leading 3,000 hour/3 year lamp warranty.
ēno one gives schools the choice of three configuration options, to tailor the products to each class's specific requirements. ēno one is available with a height-adjustable mobile stand, height-adjustable wall mount or fixed wall mount to answer the needs of any classroom configuration, teaching style or student.
To experience firsthand PolyVision's innovations, visit stand C100 within the Grand Hall. PolyVision will be joined on the stand by its UK partner, Anders and Kern. BETT 2012, the world's largest technology in education event, takes place from 11th - 14th January 2012 at London's Olympia.
