DUBAI, UAE: Emirates International School - Jumeirah has announced the appointment of Pratibha Rao as the new School Principal. Ms. Rao has been a pioneer in IB education in the region since 1993, with over 25 years of educational experience in the classroom and administration.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rao has played a key role in raising the quality of teaching and interactive learning at international schools across Dubai, which resulted, in her most recent role, with an improved overall school rating by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’.
Amna Khalaf Al Habtoor, Director of Schools, Emirates International Schools, said “Since opening in 1991, EIS has benefited from an excellent team of qualified educators and administrators who have been committed to enhancing the educational, personal and physical development of our students.
