Presentation Centre in Burj Dubai opens window to Middle East's first urban style venue
Dubai - Emaar Properties today launched its groundbreaking Downtown Living Presentation Centre - opening the doorway to the world's latest Downtown district. The showcase Centre in the Burj Dubai Development - the core of the Middle East's first urban style venue ? will display the main features that will single out Dubai's boldest development.
Visitors will be given a unique insight into the lifestyle options offered. They will have the opportunity to sample the architecture, the iconic tower at Burj Dubai, the worldbeating retail and entertainment facilities at The Dubai Mall, the classic style of The Old Town, the modern apartment living at The Residences and the potential that could be realised once the core development is complete.
Downtown Dubai is the boldest statement yet by Dubai that it is ready to take on the rest of the world and prove more than a match for downtown areas in the likes of New York and Los Angeles in the US, Paris' Left Bank, London's Chelsea, the harbour areas in Hong Kong and Sydney - some of the most glamorous places to work and live.

Running up against the boundaries of the new Dubai International Financial Centre - after all Downtown New York has Wall Street - and adjacent to Sheikh Zayed road, the emirate's main conduit, Downtown Dubai will eventually become one of the most desirable pieces of real estate in the world.

Located with the heart of the Burj Dubai Development on Burj Dubai Boulevard, it can be accessed from Doha Street - just off Sheikh Zayed road at interchange No.1 (Burj Dubai interchange).
