Dubai, November 22, 2004: Following up on the success of its 'Celebrating Lifestyles' initiative aimed to shape the future and build lifestyle communities, Emaar will host an exclusive interior design workshop for homeowners of its popular Meadows and Springs communities on November 26 (Friday) at Emaar's Street of Dreams.
The upcoming workshop follows close on the heels of a series of lifestyle workshops held last month on landscaping, feng-shui and interiors.
The event forms part of a sustained programme of family and community-oriented events aimed to help Emaar homeowners achieve their dream lifestyles as well as bring them together to help create a stronger community atmosphere.
Advising the homeowners will be experts from the city's leading interior design companies including Silk Gallery, Connections Curtains, Danube Buildings Materials, Mec Tiles, Kenza Art Gallery, Mirage Glass, Palm- The Interior Design Company and Pasha Gallery.
Ahmad Al Falasi, Senior Manager, Property Management Emaar, said: "The response to our first 'Celebrating Lifestyles' initiative far surpassed our expectations. We received informative feedback from the homeowners, several of whom expressed their keenness in acquiring more know-how on interior design. This is why we decided to dedicate an exclusive workshop on the designing of interiors.
"There is always more than furnishings and finishes that go into making an area look wonderful. Interiors can be look at in many different ways, but how they work for each individual or a family is more important. We hope that the both artistic and technical tips provided by the experts are of benefit to our homeowners and help them in designing the 'dream home' that satisfies their aspirations and needs."
A range of key interior design elements like fabrics, textures, flooring and lighting will be highlighted and dealt with through audio-visual presentations and interactive workshops. Participants can also submit their feedback by completing a response form.

Preparations are already underway for a handicraft bazaar to celebrate the upcoming festival of Christmas. Our homeowners can look forward to some more fun and entertainment coming their way," concluded Falasi.
