DUBAI, UAE - Dubai-based real estate brokers, Easy Property Group, will announce its $US100 million property investment fund at tomorrow's Resale and Rental Property Show held at Dubai's Crowne Plaza on March 14 -15, 2008.
Created in conjunction with Cougar Ventures, half of the first 100 units priced at $US 1 million have already been reserved, leaving room for additional investors to join the fund. The fund, which will rise to $US 250 million in December 2008, and then $US 500 million by December 2009, will begin operations in June of this year.
With projections of over 30 per cent return on investment, investors will receive a minimum guaranteed 8 per cent per annum for the term of the investment, whether it is over the three or five year term.
