e-TQM College, the Dubai-based electronic college specializing in online programmes in Total Quality Management, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universal Knowledge Solutions (UKS), a regional educational solutions provider. The MoU is aimed at opening up better opportunities in providing high quality learning to all individuals aspiring to specialize in quality management as well as those associated with its implementation.
The MoU, which was signed by Dr. Mansour Al Awar, Vice President, e-TQM College and Dr. Milad Sebaaly, CEO, Universal Knowledge Solutions, enhances mutual cooperation between both parties to provide world-class e-learning programs to private and public organizations as well as individuals.
"e-TQM College is vigorously pursuing its drive to further awareness on the importance of adopting best quality practices among all members of society in the region. The MoU with UKS comes as a major boost to our efforts as it will significantly accelerate our pace towards disseminating quality principles to enhance knowledge and upgrade skills of students and professionals alike. We feel an immense need at the time being to keep pace with global rapid developments to sharpen the competitive edge of the different industries in the region," said Dr. Al Awar.
The areas of collaboration include assisting e-TQM college with building an adequate and updated virtual e-learning environment for the professional programs. In addition, e-TQM College and UKS will come together for content digitization for theses programs and to provide expertise on issues relevant to online learning.

UKS will also help e-TQM College with market analysis that will be done on segmenting the market for these courses.
