The biennial MAXIMO Middle East User Group Conference, one of the region's most important business gatherings, will be held at the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, on November 16 and 17, 2005. Organized by eSolutions trading as MRO Software Middle East, the event will be attended by leading industry professionals as well as MAXIMO customers and partners.

The theme for the two-day conference will be "MAXIMO Impact", which will explore the remarkable impact MRO is making in the Enterprise and IT Asset Management, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Service Management market with the launch of the state-of-the-art MAXIMO Enterprise Suite, as well as the impact the solution has had on user organizations by allowing them to reduce costs, improve asset-related decision-making and increase operational efficiencies.

The event will also bring to focus leading-edge MAXIMO components such as Asset Centre and Service Centre, among others. The first day of the conference will feature a series of presentations from MRO executives, MAXIMO users and industry experts, which will revolve primarily around MAXIMO Enterprise Suite. The second day will comprise breakout sessions addressing specific topics in the morning and vertical tracks during the afternoon.

"The MAXIMO User Group Conference is one of the most significant business summits in the Middle East, and has traditionally served as a forum that offers valuable learning experience to participants," said Oliver Schulz, Sales and Marketing Manager, eSolutions trading as MRO Software Middle East. "The event provides attendees with an opportunity to interact closely with industry peers, listen to insights from experts and MRO Software professionals, as well as gain a comprehensive understanding of how to derive the full benefits of the additional and enhanced functionality within MAXIMO product and service solutions. Besides, they also get to learn more about the complementary solutions and services offered by MRO partners."

"The focus of this year's conference will be on MAXIMO Enterprise Suite, the most advanced asset and service management software in the global marketplace. The solution's highly sophisticated architecture leverages key Internet concepts, standards and technologies, ensuring total Internet architecture and infrastructure. The MAXIMO User Group Conference will dwell at length on the impact this revolutionary solution is having on organizations across the Middle East for the last ten years, providing them with a distinct competitive edge," Schulz added.

MAXIMO Enterprise Suite helps manage assets to their peak performance and optimize their lifetime return on investment, in full alignment with business objectives. By combining asset and service management, the solution allows organizations to clearly define expectations of asset performance, establish service-level agreements, and enact automated response plans for proactive asset and service management.

The MAXIMO Middle East User Group Conference will also feature an exhibition area where MRO technology partners will be on hand to assist participants in developing their business. Both the conference and exhibition will be held at the Madinat Jumeirah, a world-class luxury resort set in Dubai.

"We attach great importance to this year's event as it comes at a time when businesses in the region are showing strong inclination towards adopting strategic asset and service management solutions, leading to a perceptible surge in demand for MAXIMO products. We are inviting users and select prospective clients from across the Middle East and North Africa to fully benefit from this event by networking with fellow users and share their experiences in an informal atmosphere," Schulz concluded.
