Hosts 'Know Your Neighbors' Event to Welcome New Homeowners

Dubai-UAE: 29 November, 2010 - Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced 160 families have moved into The Villa Phase-I and Phase II, a Spanish Style residential retreat in the heart of DUBAILAND.

DPG recently announced the completion and commencement of handover of The Villa Phase-II, which comprises 219 Spanish-style villas in a serene residential community.  The Villa, surrounded by desert landscape, is a tranquil and exclusive enclave off the Al Ain Highway.

To mark the occasion, DPG hosted a 'Know Your Neighbour' gathering for all Phase-1 and 2 home owners at The Villa. The event, held at the Ponderosa Courtyard, included a community update from a DPG representative and provided residents with an opportunity to meet and share their experiences.
