Dubai Courts verdict: VoIP Solution with Mitel
Dubai: Mitel, the trusted provider of IP communications solutions and applications for growing enterprises, today announced that Dubai Courts has implemented a Mitel IP solution to update the existing communications system and increase call volume capability.
Dubai courts, one of the oldest entities in the emirates dating back to the days of the foundation of Dubai as an emirate itself in 1833, has decided to migrate its Mitel SX-2000 TDM to the, the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) a flexible and evolutionary IP PBX that scales to 65,000 users.

"Over the years the Courts have maintained a very high standard for all the services and legal facilities utilizing 900 ports with the Mitel SX-2000. The Mitel IP solution is simple and cost-effective to deploy, giving the Courts the opportunity to grow the solution with the business," concluded Mr. Amili.
The Court's Mitel IP solution includes the Mitel 3300 ICP, the Mitel Contact Center Solution and the Enterprise Management system.
