Symposium in the largest event organised by SPWLA, held for the first time in the Middle East

Dubai, UAE, 19 May 2014: du, the fastest-growing telecommunications company in the region, has announced its support of the 55th Annual Symposium of the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA). The Annual International Symposium is the largest event organized by the SPWLA, with this year's event being the first ever to be held in the Middle East. Abu Dhabi won the rights to host the Symposium through a formal bidding process against other cities, and is expecting more than 1,500 participants and upwards of 40 companies to participate.

In addition to exhibiting its Answers to Tomorrow's Business enterprise solutions during the event, du will provide WiFi access to all attendees. The 55th Annual SPWLA Symposium will take place from 20-22 May 2014, at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
