Ajman TV will host special shows and competitions at Al Muraqqabat Street
Once again Ajman TV will host many special shows and competitions for the 10th Dubai Shopping Festival at a stage located on Al Muraqqabat Street, the ninth destination of DSF 2005. A camera crew will be roaming around Al Muraqqabat Street to capture all the fun and excitement which will be shown on Ahlan Dubai, a programme that will be telecast daily from 9.00pm to 1.00am and on weekends and Eid days from 9.00am to 1.00am. The channel will also broadcast a daily 30-minute programme at 6.00pm showing the highlights of all DSF events.
Among the shows lined up by Ajman TV on Al Muraqqabat Street are demonstrations of strength and power by the Shamshoun of Arabia and stunts by Mark from South Africa, known as the strongest man in the world. Asian folk dancers will perform on the stage on weekends.
A variety of shows and competitions are being organised for all communities including shows hosted by Arab and Indian anchors. Many exciting gifts and prizes will be offered to those who participate in these shows and competitions.
A corner for henna decoration and another serving traditional UAE cuisine will represent UAE heritage. Well-known local poets will also be invited to recite their work and discuss poetry in another tent. A restaurant serving food and beverages will also be set up for the convenience of visitors to the Ajman TV location.
