Dubai - Master developer Nakheel will begin selling apartments at Dragon Towers – its new, twin tower residential complex at Dubai’s Dragon City – on Sunday (30 September), with prices from AED449,000 and attractive payment plans.

The news comes less than a week after Nakheel awarded the construction contract for the AED713 million project, the first residential component of the rapidly-expanding Dragon City community and the only high-rise development in the area.

A key attraction at the Nakheel stand at Cityscape Global, which starts on Tuesday (2 October), Dragon Towers is connected to the world-famous Dragon Mart retail and trading hub. It comprises two 37-storey buildings each with 571 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments. There are also two floors of retail space, four parking levels and a six-floor podium level Clubhouse with a 25-metre swimming pool, children’s pool, restaurant, gym and tennis court.

Dragon Towers apartments at a glance:

  • Floor areas ranging from 624 sq ft to 937 sq ft
  • Premium kitchen appliances and fitted wardrobes
  • Balconies offering panoramic views across the Dubai skyline
  • Study in some one-bed units
  • Parking space for every apartment
  • On-site security and key card entry system
  • Shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and services on-site

Due for completion in 2021, Dragon Towers is linked by a covered bridge to Dragon Mart and its 5,000 shops, services and amenities, including a 12-screen cinema, supermarket and numerous dining outlets.

The apartments are located on the Hatta/Oman road, just a few minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport, with excellent connectivity via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the new access and interchange at Al Awir Road. The upcoming Dubai Metro Green Line extension and new Metro stations nearby will provide convenient access to the rest of the city.

Dragon Towers is a key component of Nakheel’s ongoing retail, hospitality and residential expansion at Dragon City, which currently comprises Dragon Mart 1 and 2 and an ibis Styles hotel. A new showroom and car park complex and a Premier Inn hotel are in advanced stages of construction, with further expansions in the pipeline.
