Held for the first time in Bahrain by the World-Renowned Theory Developer this Coming March
Manama - CEO of Vigilance Consulting, Kamal Yousif Al Shihaby announced the commencement of an ROI certification programme for professionals titled; measuring ROI in HR, learning, and other projects, in collaboration with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), lead by Dr. Jack J Phillips, world-renowned developer of the theory of "ROI in learning". The program will be held in coordination with Dr. Patti Phillips at the Crown Plaza Hotel from the 15th to the 19th of March 2015.
Al-Shehabi stated: "Private and Public Establishments allocate large annual budgets towards employee training. Moreover, it is crucial to establish the impact of these hours and expenditures on an organization's human capital in order to enable human resource professionals in both the private and public sectors to develop an in-depth understanding of the extent of benefits towards their organizations' employees, and further assist in drawing future training plans to better suit the organization's needs.
Al Shihaby also voiced Vigilance's pleasure in its affiliation with the United States-based ROI Institute chaired by Dr. Jack Phillips who will be representing the institute in Bahrain. The institute's well established field presence alongside the growing importance of measuring return on investment in Human resources and training projects, coupled with Dr. Phillips' continuous contributions to this branch of administrative literature has gained a growing interest amongst public and private establishments focused on enhancing performance and maximizing output.
Al Shihaby added that the participants of this session will receive a "Certified ROI Practitioner Certificate" (CRP) from the ROI institute signed by Dr. Jack Phillips upon completion of the course requirements, in addition to a certificate of attendance.
