United Arab Emirates, March 9th  2017- DMG Lumière, LED lighting pioneers from Lyon, France is exhibiting for the 1st time at the 2017 CABSAT. DMG are excited to begin a relationship with the UAE and other Middle Eastern Countries and to find long-term partnerships across the region. They believe CABSAT is an excellent way to establish an introduction into these areas of emerging markets and to showcase their highly successful Switch Series. Born from the ideals of a cinematographer, a gaffer and a LED specialist, DMG Lumière has a unique mix of knowledge and expertise that collectively strive innovation. They sensed the need for robust, soft lights, that were also lightweight, durable and user-friendly.

The technician and their fast-paced needs are also a prime focus; hence usability and flexibility are of paramount importance. Therefore, all accessories, power options and mounts are designed to fit directly onto the light within seconds. From German made DoP Choice Egg crates and Soft Boxes, Barn Doors and several mounting options, DMG has ensured maximum versatility from their lights.

Today, their vision remains the same, to create LED light fixtures encompassing a balance of size, power and versatility, without compromising standards of quality. It was with these objectives, that the SL1 Switch was created, their original soft light source. The Switch Series now includes the MINI Switch and the MAXI Switch.

The MINI Switch is 85 Watts, with dimensions of 58 x 20 x 2cm and weighs 1.7Kg. The SL1 Switch is 170 Watts with dimensions of 113 x 20 x 2cm and weighs 3.4Kg. The MINI and SL1 Switch are the perfect on location light, with lightweight and slim frames, they are easy to transport. Completing the Switch Series is the MAXI Switch, which is a much wider and brighter source. At 500 Watts with light surface dimensions of 120 x 75 x 2cm and weighs 10.5Kg. The MAXI Switch, is a bi-folding fixture, making it also easily transportable. It also has the additional option to be split into two separate panels, which can then be controlled independently from each other. All DMG Lumière lights are bi-colour, ranging from 3000 to 5600°k with a high CRI rating (>94), are run off both AC and DC power sources, as well as Wifi DMX remote control.

DMG Lumière products are now sold in over 25 countries worldwide and currently have offices in China, Canada and France. All fixtures and accessories are designed and engineered by their in- house engineering team in Lyon and DMG guarantee their products with a two-year warranty.
