The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry had organized a training course “ Modern administration” with House of Expertise Intl. Management Consultancy (HEIMC), which was attended by 20 employees working in the secretarial field at the Chamber.
The course which went on for 5 days, dealt with the understanding of the modern administration, the necessary skills in the administrative field, in addition to the most important etiquette of dealing with presidents and top officials. The program also dealt with the organization skills in the administration filed and the nature of the departmental communication and its understanding, as well as the ability to control pressures and relieve stress.
The implementation of this program came within the frame of the Chamber’s policy on developing the skills of its employees.
