KUWAIT CITY, 20 October, 2008 - At the beginning of next month, Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) will officially open a new City Ticket Office (CTO) in Kuwait City ahead of the start of its first nonstop flight between Kuwait City and Atlanta. Delta is also making travel cheaper for business and leisure community as we announce today a wide range of special fares from Kuwait to the United States.
New Ticket Office
Delta's new ticket office will be located on the Mezzanine level of the Baitak Tower, Al Safat Street, Kuwait City, in the heart of the business, financial and commercial centre and will handle reservations and ticketing for passengers wishing to purchase tickets for travel on Delta. The office will be open from Saturday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm. A dedicated reservations number has also been set up for customers and is +965 2 225 7925.

The airline is preparing to launch its first non-stop flight between Kuwait City and Atlanta on 8 November. The flight will operate four weekly services between Kuwait and the United States offering hundreds of onward connecting opportunities offered via Delta's Atlanta hub.
Special Thanksgiving Fares between Kuwait and the U.S.
With the start of Delta's nonstop flight in just 3 weeks time, Delta is today offering a limited time return fare of KWD216* on its new nonstop route between Kuwait City and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The offer applies to tickets purchased before November 7, 2008 for travel between November 14 and December 11, 2008 and will provide the opportunity for friends and family to visit the U.S. during the US holiday Thanksgiving celebrations. Passengers on Delta's flights between Kuwait and Atlanta will travel on Boeing 777-200ER aircraft.
