Cyril Sweett is pleased to announce it has been appointed by Tameer Holding Investment LLC, a leading real estate developer in the Middle East, as the project quantity surveyors providing cost, contract, and commercial management services, amongst others, to act on its flagship development in Abu Dhabi.
Tameer Towers is mixed-use development featuring a signature commercial tower and four high end residential towers, and is envisaged to become the focal point of The Shams District on Abu Dhabi's Al Reem Island. The development encompassing 10 million ft2 has been designed by Gensler and has become an iconic development since the very early start.
Cyril Sweett has been appointed for Phase 1 of the Tameer Towers development consisting of one 62 storey and one 42 storey residential towers with additional villas and townhouses as base level. In addition the development will include retail outlets contained within the podium, basement car parking and deluxe serviced apartments overlooking a vibrant canal promenade and marina.
