Mindware to distribute Computer Associates IT Management Software in the Arab world
Dubai: Computer Associates, the world's largest management software company, today announced the signing of an agreement with Mindware, the leading distributor of quality IT products to the Middle East. Mindware will distribute CA's software management solutions to the region's IT reseller channel. The agreement comes as part of CA's commitment to its channel partner program.
Gilbert Lacroix, Vice president and General Manager, CA in the Arab countries said: "Because CA is a 100% channel focused company, one of our main objectives throughout this year is to build a reseller channel that is trained, certified and has the resources required to best support our management software solutions. CA launched its direct operations in the Arab world in September 2004 and kick started its channel roadshow in January 2005. CA's strategy provides a channel support program which will include training and certification, technical support as well as market development. It will also offer a complete one stop solution for best-in-class anti-virus, backup, anti-spyware and desktop migration portfolio of products, packaged to meet the specific needs of this segment.
