The introduction of Silverlake technology represents the largest-ever system upgrade of any banking institution in the country and CBI is the first in the region to employ the Silverlake model, which seamlessly integrates various aspects of the banks divisions and systems including Core Banking, Internet Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury, Card Management, CRM, Data Warehouse & MIS, Islamic Banking, Collection and Anti-money Laundry.
