Citibank, a member of Citigroup, today installed its state-of-the-art Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the landmark City Center Mall in the Deira part of Dubai.  The ATM is located the main entrance of the Deira City Center, which houses the top retail brands operating in Dubai in addition to the world famous Carrefour hypermarket. 

The new ATM is added to other Citibank proprietary ATMs, which are spread strategically across the UAE.  The bank plans to add more machines in other suitable locations in the country in the near future.  

This step also falls within a series of service and product initiatives that the bank has been executing in the past few months.  The bank has recently introduced the pioneering 8-8 branch hours, which offer more flexibility to customers in conducting their branch banking.  It has also re-launched its personal loan product along new flexible terms and added Auto Loans and Loan on Phone (LOP) to its personal banking offer.   The Family Protection Plan from Citibank has been introduced as a comprehensive protection umbrella addressing the diverse needs of the family.
