Under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Alia Bint Al Hussein
As part of its continued campaign to introduce the latest that technology companies have to offer, CEB held an event under the Patronage of her Royal Highness Princess Alia Bint Al Hussein to present state-of-the-art technologies from Acer corporation.
This event, titled "Optimize your Business with Innovative Technologies:, gathered key decision makers from both the private and public sectors of Jordan. It reiterated CEB's commitment to the various sectors in the Jordan markets and introduced various initiatives for the betterment and enhancement of the sectors in the Market.
"It gives us great privilege for this event to be held under the patronage of her Royal Highness Princess Alia. Her Royal Highness's continued support to the various sectors particularly the educational sector has facilitated our mission in providing various initiatives and technology advancements." Said Mr. Ayman Arafeh, CEB General Manager.
"The CEB-Acer partnership has achieved phenomenal results with the Ministry of Education, as the consortium of the two companies have been awarded for three straight years the supply, commissioning and implementation of over 45,000 PCs and peripherals for 2,000 schools around the Kingdom." Added Mr. Arafeh.
Mr. Arafeh continued, "Furthermore, CEB has been awarded a 5-year maintenance contract for all IT equipment in the Ministry, which reflects the confidence and trust the ministry has bestowed on CEB".
"Our partnership with CEB for the Jordan market throughout the years has resulted in tremendous achievements for Acer corporation. This is reflected through the various sectors and clients that CEB has gained in providing the Acer product to the Jordan Market." Said Mr. Philip Ashkar, Director of Sales and Marketing for Acer Corporation.
"This event is a testament to the continued prosperous business relationship between CEB and Acer. It is due to such a relationship that Acer is the number one brand for desktop PCs in the kingdom". Added Mr. Ashkar.
CEB also presented its newly implemented Help Desk and Call Center System with automates all services and operations utilizing ITIL methodology
