Dubai, UAE - CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world's leading commercial real estate services company, today announced the appointment of Matthew Green as Head of Research and Consultancy for the UAE region, based in Dubai.

Nicholas Maclean, Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis Middle East, said:
"As clients' needs have progressed over the past six months due to the continuing global uncertainties, we are pleased to have Matthew joining us, as not only does he bring experience in the UAE and real estate markets, but his research and reporting capabilities will no doubt help support and develop CBRE's presence and clients in the region. Going forward, we aim to maximise this experience across all our sectors through this appointment."
Matthew Green, Head of Research and Consultancy UAE, CB Richard Ellis Middle East, added:
"CBRE's existing research and consultancy business already delivers world-class services to some of our biggest clients. Moving forward we are committed not just to maintaining this standard but also meeting the future needs of our clients across the varied business sectors, as client and business needs evolve."
