The Captaris Solutions Catalog now offers five new applications, including the first solution built on Teamplate technology

- Teamplate Expense Report Model,
- Kyocera-Mita multi-function printer (MFP),
- Scandir & E-Archive for FaxFiler,
- FaxFiler Enterprise,
- Telex Gateway for Email.
 
Captaris is committed to helping customers with their business information delivery needs and now the Solutions Catalog has a broader offering with a total of eight solutions, including efficiently routing expense information and archiving faxes, giving the marketplace even more ways to further extend the value of Captaris products.

Teamplate Expense Report Model
The Teamplate Expense Report Model is a customisable workflow process model that manages and tracks company expense claims from the point of expense, through managerial and financial department approval, to employee expense reimbursement. In addition, the Teamplate Expense Report Model helps companies comply with Sarbanes-Oxley by improving the auditing and tracking of documents.

FaxFiler Enterprise leverages the Microsoft Access database, a Microsoft SQL Server or an Oracle 9i Server to provide robust and reliable archival capabilities for sent and/or received faxes. When archiving outbound fax messages, FaxFiler Enterprise takes advantage of all available sending information, as well as optional records such (e.g. billing codes), to build a comprehensive database record for the storage of outgoing fax messages.

Additional FaxFiler Extensions
E-Archive
The Captaris E-Archive Module makes it possible to archive the emails in Microsoft Outlook. The module will automatically add the emails sent and received in Microsoft Outlook to the FaxFiler database.
 
Scandir
This module will pick up files such as Microsoft Word, Excel or emails from different subdirectories on the network. The files will be moved to the FaxFiler database and will be visible in the FaxFiler user interface along with the RightFax documents.
 
Kyocera-Mita MFP
Using RightFax with the Kyocera Mita MFP, users have both easy walk-up access and a single, central point of control for hard copy faxing. Working in conjunction with a RightFax server, Kyocera Mita users with ScanSystem can easily send and receive faxes directly from the MFP on their network with RightFax and take advantage of a list of capabilities like routing, notifications and easy fax management.

Telex Gateway for E-Mail
Telex Gateway For E-Mail allows users to send, receive, and manage telex messages from their own e-mail system such as IBM Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, Microsoft Exchange, and SMTP gateway. TLXGate automatically converts documents to the correct telex format according to the CCITT telex specifications and then sends those documents according to the ‘Baudot telex format’ with ‘embedded codes’ in the telex document directory. It is licensed for two Telex lines and supports the Ascom-Hasler Telex, which is approved in most countries.
