CA Cairo Seminar Tackles Enhancing Service Desk Practices
Cairo Egypt, July 18, 2006: CA (NYSE: CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies organized a Business Service Optimization (BSO) seminar for its existing Egyptian customers to discuss new technologies to further enhance their Service Desk Practices and promote it to a higher level.
The Seminar, which was held in Cairo, was attended by CA customers such as the World Health Organization, Dar Al Iftaa Al Islamiya, and United Gas Derivatives. CA demonstrated the capabilities of the Service Desk technology to maximize its performance and showed its best practices to help customers achieve business alignment by translating demand into cost-effective IT services. Several other key topics affecting businesses in the Middle East were also discussed along with vital customer feedback related to the performance of the Service Desk Dashboard.
