Burgan Bank today announced the launch of B-Surprizes, a new draw account with one simple aim, to help large numbers of customers fulfill their wishes every month. B-Surprizes is the largest draw account in Kuwait, giving account holders a chance to win a whopping KD 1.866 million in prizes over the next twelve months.

Gary Mond, AGM - Retail Banking declared that the Bank introduced B-Surprizes as a tailor made account which incorporates several unique features that are not present elsewhere". The account's main attraction is that everyone has unfulfilled wishes and B-Surprizes is positioned to help account holders fulfill them.

B-Surprizes boasts the highest prize fund value - KD 1.866 Million. Prizes will be given away in KD values, as Burgan Bank is a Kuwaiti bank that is proud of its heritage and local currency. B-Surprizes will also fulfill more account holders' wishes by having more prizes than any other account to be given away each month. Further, a Mega Prize of KD 300,000, also the single largest prize offered by any draw account, will be given away on an annual basis. 

B-Surprizes offers account holders 71 prizes each month. This account's unique feature is that not only do you get more opportunities with the more you invest, but the higher your balance. the larger and more exclusive the monthly prize draws. For example, only accounts with a balance of over KD 500 will go into the top monthly prize draw of KD 75,000. Unlike other draws, the second and third prizes are not to be overlooked; with a second monthly prize of KD 30,000 for account holders with a balance of over KD 250 and a third monthly prize of KD15,000 for account holders with just KD 100 or more, it really is the easiest way to fulfill your wishes.

Prizes simply do not stop there, there will be  68 additional winners each month taking the monthly prize fund to over KD 130,000, all of which are open to account holders with at least KD 50 in their account.

Each customer will get one chance to enter for each KD 50 of the previous months minimum balance. The first closing date is May 31, 2005 and the first draw will take place on July 20, 2005. 

The Mega Prize of KD 300,000 works in the same way but rewards customer loyalty by including only those customers who maintain the minimum balance of KD 50 from October 1 to March 31, 2006. The Mega Prize draw will take place on April 19, 2006. 

Account holders will be given a free VISA debit ATM card enabling them access to their account anytime, any place and from any ATM or POS worldwide.

The existing Al Thuraya account, with its opportunity to win a plot of land or the cash equivalent, is not disappearing. However, only customers transferring their salary will qualify. This means Burgan Bank is the only bank to constantly reward customers for just transferring their salary.

The great news is that if a customer's salary is transferred to Burgan Bank, they will have the exclusive opportunity to win a plot of land. At the same time, by opening a separate B-Surprizes account they can fulfill their wishes by being part of the largest draw account in Kuwait.
