Dubai, April 14, 2011: BPG Group (Bates PanGulf Group), one of the larger marketing solutions companies in the Middle East, today announced the launch of its Graduate Training Program titled be-whatever. As part of the program, BPG will be recruiting 12-14 fresh graduates from leading universities across the UAE and the globe.

Avi Bhojani, Group CEO of BPG, said: "Over the last 3o years, we have successfully positioned ourselves as a marketing solutions company. We are now entering a new era in this exciting growth phase and the time has come for us to lay a firm foundation for the next generation of communications consultants. We will handpick the best and brightest of graduates and invest in their growth and learning to mould them as leaders of tomorrow."

Over the 12 months program, all trainees will gain hands-on exposure to multiple verticals of BPG Group such as advertising, public relations, media planning, digital, film production and specialist marketing services. Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainees will be absorbed within the Group.

He added, "With the industry stabilizing, we feel that it is important for us to invest in talent. This is our way of playing our role for the industry, even if a few trainees end up with competition in a couple of years."

"be-whatever is not just another initiative by BPG. The involvement of senior BPG management will be very high. The Group's senior management will nurture and mentor talent, thus ensuring that they have the best start possible to become specialists in our industry and future leaders in our organization. When the training program is complete, the trainee will have a full understanding our agency, our industry, and our business units.  This will give them all the necessary tools to be even better in the role they eventually take up full-time with our agency," added Clark Williams, Chief Operating Officer, BPG Abu Dhabi.

As part of its efforts to promote the be-whatever training initiative and to generate interest among the student community, BPG is participating in career fairs and road shows across colleges in the UAE. Recently, BPG took part in AUD Career Fair at the AUD Campus, which evoked a very positive response from students. Over 60 fresh graduates registered their interest and applied for the be-whatever program.

Next week, BPG will be participating in the Career Fair at the Dubai International Academic City [DIAC] - the world's only Free Zone dedicated to Higher Education. DIAC currently has 27 academic institutions from 11 countries including world-renowned universities.

BPG will also showcase the program to the Mass Communications Department at the American University of Sharjah [AUS] and its colleges soon, besides conducting an e-mail campaign on the initiative in conjunction with the top UAE universities.

The company will accept applications for the be-whatever program through April and start short listing and selecting candidates in May. The 12 month training program will begin on 1 September 2011 and will involve a combination of classroom sessions and on-the-job orientation.

Students interested in the be-whatever initiative can send an email with their resume to bewhatever@batespangulf.com.
