Following the overseas training for senior employees, BGP holds skill training at headquarters for foreign employees. This training aims at improving employees' basic knowledge, operation ability, and field practice of recording instrument. Meanwhile, by this way, we can accelerate the process of employees' localization, and provide more work opportunities for local people. According to the plan, BGP will hold the training for 4 times in 2009.

The first phase of the training was completed successfully on 23rd April, which was lasted three months. The first batch of trainees came from Saudi Armco, Libya, Ecuador, and Algeria. At the graduation ceremony, all the trainees expressed their appreciation to BGP for the chance to improve themselves, and showed their hearts to devote more efforts to working for BGP in the future.

The goal of the BGP training program is designed to develop a motivated, mobile, professional workforce that is able to provide high-quality, customized service anywhere in the world.
