New line-up combines greater functionality and advanced home technology

Dubai, UAE, March 11, 2007 - Better Life, the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group's specialist home appliance division, has expanded its Electrolux product portfolio with the launch of three innovative products - the Visi dishwasher, a cooking range and an 8 kg washing machine.

The new range of Electrolux products are attractively designed to keep up with fashion trends and are engineered to last, with minimal environmental impact.

The freestanding Electrolux Visi dishwasher (ESF6146S) is the first of its kind featuring a transparent door. Stylishly designed, the large window in the door allows users to see inside the washing chamber during the wash process.

An internal light illuminates to indicate when the washing cycle is complete and when the door is open.

At the touch of a button, the Visi dishwasher determines the load and automatically selects the most suitable programme within seconds. Additional useful features include a delay start option, a range of wash options and energy-saving programmes.

The Electrolux Visi is equipped with easy-to-use baskets that offer maximum flexibility and an ergonomically designed detergent container. The product is extremely energy efficient with an AAA rating and low noise levels of 49 dBA.

Electrolux's 8kg washing machine (EWF14115) offers increased capacity and washing performance in a standard sized washing machine, The extra large drum, with a capacity of 63 litres, is the largest drum manufactured by Electrolux.

Technological advances and 'Jet-wash' washing technology are additional features of this innovative appliance. The drum spins at 1400rpm and has push buttons for easy selection. An Advanced Fuzzy-logic system to control water, electricity and detergent consumption make the new 8kg washing machine very energy efficient.

The third new launch is Electrolux's new cooking range (EKM-90355X). The 90x60cm heavy duty stainless steel cooker comes with five safety gas burners and is equipped with a multifunctional electric oven and grill with cast-iron grids. One-touch electronic ignition makes for easy operation, while a storage compartment below the oven takes care of extra accessories.
