Manama, Bahrain: Global Banking and Finance Review has announced BBK as the Best Retail Bank Bahrain 2014.

BBK was awarded for its outstanding achievements in many areas of the Retail Banking sector. The Bank was evaluated for its products and services offered, transactional loans, mortgages, growth in assets, online banking, and by scoring high according to the judging panel in innovative technology, adherence to high standards in Corporate Governance and its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

For more than 40 years the Bank has demonstrated its pioneering position in the market. It has succeeded in building a name and reputation locally as well as internationally. Apart from a strong local presence in Bahrain with a nationwide network of Financial Malls, branches and ATMs, the Bank has operations in the State of Kuwait, the Republic of India and through a representative office in Dubai, UAE.
