Group adds Real Estate and Industries to its services portfolio
Abu Dhabi - April 7th 2013 - The Abu Dhabi-based business conglomerate Ayadi Group, has announced that it has seen 35 percent growth in terms of size since establishment in 2010. The Group offers specialized services in five key areas - Cleaning, Design, Real Estate, HR and Industries - through discrete business units, and has seen revenue and sales increase year on year since inception.
Founded by Lebanese national Walid S Ghannam in 2010, the Ayadi Group started by offering HR consultancy services through Ayadi Human Resources. To date, Ayadi has helped fill over 23,000 openings across the GCC across a variety of industry verticals and has expanded in East and South East Asia, with a presence in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and the Philippines.

Ayadi Creation Design is an interior design and outfitter that offers customized interiors for homes and businesses, first established in 2012. The company has served over 15 clients, and employs around 30 people, with revenues having grown 18% percent between 2012 and 2013. Later that year, Ayadi Cleaning was set up to offer specialized cleaning services, complementing the functions of Ayadi Creation Design. Ayadi Cleaning has more than 10 commercial clients, and is expected to grow 75% percent by 2015.
Ghannam carried that forward his business momentum by establishing Ayadi Developers, a Lebanon based real estate development firm, running a successful operation in the country. The concern has been involved with real estate projects including state-of-the-art residential project in Lebanon, Bay View 1. In 2013, the Group grew threw the inclusion Ayadi Industries, a 3000 square-meter wood factory that supplies to the GCC and Middle East.
