Manama: ARIMA Insurance Software company- the software subsidiary of ARIG, announced that it has entered into an MOU with Binser Software Technologies, a Bahrain based software company, for mobile-enabling their core Insurance Software.
The alliance brings together the strength of a full-fledged core Insurance Software ARIMA, and the flexibility of Messengex - the SMS messaging software from Binser. This will enable Insurance companies using ARIMA systems to send important information to the mobiles of their customers via SMS.
This development will enable insurance companies to send policy expiry reminders, renewal reminders & other claim related information resulting in a major improvement to the quality of Customer service provided by Insurance companies.
ARIMA's acting General Manager, Simon Cox, said "The introduction of this feature integrated with the Insurance Software will obviously enhance companies- client relations as they will be able to advise them on renewals as well as new products".
Both companies are pleased with the arrangement they are entering into as they believe that the software solutions complement each other.
