A group comprising 30 ARAMEX leaders from around the world gathered in Amman, Jordan to participate in this year's third leaders retreat, a training workshop that is part of ARAMEX's ongoing training programs specifically created for leaders of various teams. Taking place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel between August 7 and 8, the retreat's theme fused together leadership and entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of their presence in the mindset and actions of all ARAMEX people.
Ideas were exchanged between the 30 leaders and ARAMEX President and CEO Fadi Ghandour, who reiterated the ARAMEX values and its customer-centric policy, which serves its customers with the best technology and the most innovative and flexible services to truly be a total transportation solutions provider.
The first leaders retreat was held in Amman on October 19 and 20, 2003, followed by a second successful retreat in Dubai between July 10 and 11, 2004 and the most recent Amman retreat in August 2004. These workshops have become an integral part of ARAMEX's training program, which is aimed at enriching its people with new ways of thinking and engaging them in continuous learning.
