D-Link (I) Ltd., the networking giant, has announced a tie up with Aptec, Middle East Leading IT Distributor as its Distributor for its 'Digi-Link' range of Passive Networking Products in the territories of UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait.
D-Link (I) Ltd., the networking giant, has announced a tie up with Aptec, Middle East Leading IT Distributor as its Distributor for its 'Digi-Link' range of Passive Networking Products in the territories of UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait.
Announcing the tie-up, Mr. K. R. Naik, Chairman & Managing Director, D-Link (I) Ltd. said, 'Aptec is a strong player in distribution of IT and telecommunications products as well as distributor for D-Link's active products in the Middle East, and this alliance will help D-Link (I) to leverage on Aptec's vast reach and channel expertise across GCC countries'.

The 'Digi-Link' brand of passive products include the end to end range of Copper & Fiber Structured Cabling Products to support today's Cable Plant Infrastructure requirements. Copper products range right from Cat5e, Cat6, Cat 6(A) UTP Cables to I/O's, Patch Cords, Patch panels and POE panels. Fiber products range from indoor & outdoor Fiber cable (both in SM & MM in uni-tube and loose tube designs) to Connectors and Patch cords. 'Digi-Link' Fiber Cables are made by exclusively using Fibers only from Corning Inc. (USA) and inscribed as 'Plus Corning ' as a quality mark on all varieties of fiber Cables.
'Digi-Link' Information Transport Systems are subjected to the most stringent quality control and conform to the industry's highest standards like EIA/TIA, ISO/IEC, IEEE, etc. for Copper and Fiber verified by ETL & UL. The entire Copper range is UL listed for safety. Digi-Link offers a 20 year performance warranty to customers when using an end to end Digi-Link SCS product installed by a Digi-link certified installer.
