Dubai: British-Indian singer "Apache Indian" is coming to Dubai to perform live at the Marco Polo Hotel's Tex/Mex club --El Rancho on May 2nd and 3rd (Wednesday and Thursday).
The singer who popularized the hit song "Ragamuffin and Boomshackalak" will be holding the floor during El Rancho's ATM TRAFFIC JAM party. The party runs alongside the Arabian Travel Market Exhibition (ATM), which the hotel will also be participating at.
"Everybody is pretty excited about Steven Kapur (Apache Indian) performing here, said Sunil Marya, Vice President and General Manager of the Marco Polo Hotel.

On May 3, another night of jamming follows, with an entrance fee of AED65 per person, inclusive of a free drink. Couples get free entry.
Apache Indian started his career in the early 90's. He is famous for his social critiques and for his party tracks, which include Boomshackalak. He has had concert tours with reggae singer Sean Paul and Beyonce Knowles.
"Apache Indian has captivated a large number of audiences in Britain and US including the US tours with billboard chart toppers and other popular artists. We are so optimistic about his visit here in Dubai and his live performance on stage will definitely be a sure hit," said Renhil Krishan, F&B Director.
Just like the ATM parties that the El Rancho has held in the past, this event will be another kind of a bash.
"We have announced earlier this year that we will have more exciting line of events and there's more to come in the coming months" said Marya.
