Raymond Everett is appointed as Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East, responsible for leading expansion efforts across the region
Dubai - Aon Hewitt, the global human resources business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), has announced the appointment of Raymond Everett to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Aon Hewitt Middle East effective immediately. In the role, Everett will lead the company's regional efforts in positioning Aon Hewitt as the global leader in human resource solutions.
Ray has been with Aon Hewitt since 1997 and previously held the position of Senior Partner in Aon Hewitt's APAC, Middle East and Africa (MEA) business. He currently manages the McLagan business for Aon Hewitt across APAC and MEA regions, and will continue in this role as well as assuming responsibilities as CEO. Based in Dubai, UAE, he has previously worked in international hubs such as Hong Kong and New York before relocating to Dubai nine years ago.

Ray has significant experience designing and implementing long-term incentive plans, carried interest plans, performance management systems and salary bands. Ray has also taken on advisory roles to Boards, Remuneration Committees, and Management of significant Aon Hewitt clients in the region.
