AMRB announced the launch of "Stakeholder Research Practice" unit which aims at providing a range of consulting products and services to manage external customer and employee loyalty. The division's focus is Stakeholder loyalty measurement which will help organizations integrate stakeholder measurement and management efforts into company's decision-making processes at all levels.

The practice gives research based consultancy in the stakeholder loyalty domain, which includes customer loyalty, employee engagement, vendor/channel/trade partner loyalty, corporate reputation assessment etc. A team of highly trained and experienced consultants with multi-disciplinary backgrounds will assist clients in stakeholder management practices and AMRB has already started strengthening the team with the appointment of Ms Aarefa Kukshiwala, who has vast experience of stakeholder research across a variety of sectors including telecom, retail and manufacturing.
