Ali & Sons hosts this year the annual Corporate Iftar - to announce a few major achievements as well as the announcement of a widespread change in the group. All employees were excited to attend and share the blessings of this holy month together, while eagerly waiting for the much anticipated announcements.

Mr. Ahmed bin Ali Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Board of Managers at Ali & Sons commenced the announcement: "We are proud of our subsidiaries achieving many milestones in the organization such as; The Opening of New Audi Showroom and completion of C40 Building Project in Rawdhat Abu Dhabi. The completion of a new car storage in Mafraq Area. Winning two contracting deals in the Hospitality sector; Saadiyaat Rotana Hotel and Al-Bateen Marina Resort. And finally Awazen announces receiving approval for serving all insured parties"

Mr. Ahmad saves the best of announcements for last, by declaring the change in the name of the company to Ali & Sons Holding Group LLC: "Since 1979, we have been a company known for embracing change: that was the year His Excellency Mr. Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri had declared including his sons to the name. And we are here to celebrate the unity of our company through the announcement of this new exciting widespread change"

The Group Managing Director Mr. Shamis bin Ali Al Dhaheri concludes the event by stating that: "In response to the Changed Economic Landscape, we have already started measures in identifying and reexamining the gaps which bridging them in return, will enrich our existing strategy" he recaps: "The declaration of the Holding group as an entity shall create a lot of changes and enhancements to the organizations' operation of work. Strengthening ties with existing and future business associates and constantly seeking viable new partnerships"
